Mobile App for Production Houses
I had the pleasure of designing a completely new application from scratch for managing print houses.
Challenge
With the growth of client's partner base, it has become difficult for their employees to keep up with the workload and one-on-one interactions required by the affiliate program. Personalized contact is a core aspect, but employees’ time is consumed by answering basic queries and completing tasks with inefficient tools. For partners it's difficult to manage and monitor workload at any time and place.
Solution
A mobile application that displays partners’ print house information in real-time and allows them to review and edit orders, packages, and print job data, will give them independence and flexibility in their time. As well as save time for client representatives.
Available for both iOS and Android.
