Platform Rebranding

From time to time rebranding is required due to a variety of reasons. Over the years I have done this for on-premise applications and cloud both for new acquisitions and rebranding of current products. This example is from several years ago but shows the rebranding of an existing application with a new name and color scheme.

Enterprise software can be a little boring compared with customer facing software. For this rebrand, I incorporated some background images and overlayed some shapes to complement the new logo and color scheme. This helps to bring a personal touch to the business software, making it a bit more welcoming.

Lander

These flat, colorful sidebar icons are now outdated but you can see how I brought the background image and shape overlay into the product. This platform was search based and this served as the header for the search page, which was the main lander at the time.

Maintenance Page

Continuing the background and shape integration where I could, I was able to have a little fun and add this stand-up paddle boarder and some sharks to let users know that we we're a bit busy and would be back as soon as possible.

Reset Password

Although the platform was proprietary, some services we used had user interfacing elements. For the change password and a few other functions, we needed to brand the these third party pages so that the user experience maintained continuity.

Email templates

Like many platforms, we utilized email for a variety of notifications. Around 10 templates were used to communicate to the user some with call to actions, as seen here.
