👩‍⚕️ Project Overview:

Excited to share the landing page design for Sairaanhoitajat, a Finnish start-up tackling the shortage of healthcare professionals. The goal was to create a user-centric platform connecting nurses with job opportunities in Finland and beyond.

🎨 Design Process:

First, I kicked off by delving into online research to understand the challenges healthcare professionals face when seeking job opportunities.

Then, I checked out other job websites to see what's already out there and what we could do differently. This helped us spot areas where we could make things better.

After that, I collaborated closely with Founder/CEO to brainstorm ideas for our landing page. We wanted it to really stand out and be super easy for users to use. We tossed around different ideas and solutions to fix the problems we found in our research.

Since time was tight, I skipped the super detailed planning stage and jumped straight into organizing the landing page. I made sure everything was laid out logically, so users could find what they needed without any hassle.

I moved directly to designing how the page would look instead of making detailed wireframes.

With the layout finalized, I turned my attention to designing the visual elements of the landing page, such as colors, fonts, and graphics, to create a cohesive and visually appealing look.
