I’m pretty excited to share my first post of the dribble. I've been designing an application for the college Placement Season. The primary users of this platform are Company HRs and College Coordinators, who often struggle with the task of handling data for numerous candidates across multiple rounds using Excel sheets. My goal was to simplify this process by incorporating a filtering feature, allowing them to effortlessly advance candidates to the next rounds. The challenge was to keep the interface user-friendly for those accustomed to using Excel for many years, without compromising with the functionality of the application.
