Share your opinion - Is this "aestethically unpleasing"?

Hey guys -

I recently submitted this theme to Shopify and got this answer back (alongside other issues that are not related to design):

"At this time the Shopify Themes Team regrets to inform you that we do not feel the overall visual aesthetics and design of your theme meets our standards for the Shopify Theme Store. The Themes Team's design standards are subjective and we hope you don't take our comments personally. "

Was wondering what the community's views are.

Would love some feedback.
