Simplifying Health with Intuitive UI

Personal health management platforms can either end up being too gimmicky or too jargon-heavy and complicated to use - there is no in-between. We aimed to address this user problem and design an app that would enable patients to make sense of their own diagnosis, treatment plans, and health conditions. We introduced simple visual depictions of the ailments and the data about the vitals to help the patient to better understand their ailment. This app simplifies complex health data to help patients understand their personal medical data, manage their treatment plans, and navigate information with ease.
