Global Oil Reliance

Last year the global international oil trade system continued to break down as the conditions surrounding greater weather patterns maintained a course of change. It's big, complicated, and the financial incentives of the industry do not appear to spur on a meaningful retreat from oil or push toward renewables. This sucks.
