Trengo — WhatsApp Template Creation
One of my projects within Trengo was setting up WhatsApp as a channel and working towards obtaining a Business Partner relationship with Meta.
At the beginning, we put a lot of effort into making WhatsApp's business functionalities accessible, and tried to make quick steps with the team. By being in close contact with our customers through and by setting up a focus group and conducting user research, we managed to develop, test, ship and then improve small improvements in a fast pace.
Thought the project we made use of ‘Continuous Discovery’ by Teresa Torres. Which I can really recommend for a mature product team.
