Shot 030 - Grid Builder

Another late entry from me (I need to stop doing this work so late!), but this one's a grid system builder. A lot of grid systems seem to be built with numbers first, but when I recently took a more typographically led approach to laying out grids it inspired me create something that made sense from a visual standpoint, and so this shot came from that train of thought.

Building a grid so that it makes sense to the context and screen seemed like a logical path to go down so this shot allows you to grab hold of the properties as you see them, then click & hold to drag them up & down. This allows the numerical output to become the byproduct of visually-led decision making, rather than mathematically-led.
