Today, I want to share with you the task manager app pages that I designed.

Project overview

The product: 

"Task manager" is designed to empower individuals and teams in efficiently organizing and prioritizing their daily responsibilities for remote work . 

The problem: 

Remote workers often face challenges:

Coordinating tasks 

Maintaining communication

Prioritizing responsibilities

The goal: 

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive task manager app for remote work, ensuring seamless collaboration, effective task prioritization, and real-time communication.

User research: summary

Due to time constraints, I used secondary research to gain an understanding of the problems in the field.

I interviewed five of my colleagues working remotely on a team to discover their challenges and what tools they use.

Prioritizing tasks helps to advance the project.

Customizing the workspace is important for people.

It is annoying for them that they have to use different platforms to communicate with each other see the tasks and talk about the tasks.

Reminders are important for them.

Different time zones are a problem for those who live in different regions.

Interview Questions:

-What features do you currently find lacking in existing task management tools when it comes to supporting remote work?

-What are the main challenges you encounter in coordinating tasks with remote team members or managing your individual workload in a remote setting?

-How do you prioritize and organize your tasks when working remotely, and what tools or strategies do you currently use for this purpose?

-Have you ever experienced challenges with staying connected with your remote team members, and if so, how did it impact your ability to collaborate on tasks?

User stories

As a user, I want to easily assign tasks to specific team members, so that everyone is clear about their responsibilities and deadlines.

As a user, I want a centralized dashboard displaying all done and to-do and in-progress tasks, milestones, and deadlines, so that I can have a comprehensive view of the project's progress.

User Interface

For easier management for the project manager, on this page, there is a list of projects and tasks that are necessary to be done in different projects in front of him today (consisting of the process of conducting tests and an overview of the team members)

which can simultaneously define a new project and define tasks for each project

And if there are necessary tasks, add them to today's tasks.
