Overview

I love working out and I follow a few specific fitness influencers on YouTube. They offer free workouts on their page and then offer a paid-for offering. None of them currently offer an app, instead, they offer closed social media groups where they give extra fitness guidance and health guidance.

I decided to work on designing an app for one of these influencers as a fun project.

Interviews

I will be sharing with you the insights gathered from interviews with diverse individuals regarding their fitness app preferences and experiences. I conducted interviews with five individuals, representing different age groups and exercise habits, to understand their motivations, goals, and challenges when it comes to using fitness apps. Through these interviews, I aimed to gain valuable insights into what users truly seek in fitness apps, ranging from personalization and accountability to convenience and tracking capabilities.
