Valorant UI Concept
Hey UI Designers, let's talk Valorant! While the OG UI has its charm, I thought it was time for a facelift that embraced flat design trends and enhanced information hierarchy by making it more user-centric. Here's my concept:
Clean Lines, Blurred Elegance:
> Out with the bevels, in with the flat, rounded background. This brings a modern air while maintaining the game's tactical feel.
> News headlines get a subtle blur on hover, keeping focus on the main options while adding a touch of interactivity.
Navigation Reinvented:
> Essential options (Play, Career, Premier, Collection) stay anchored on the left, providing familiar accessibility.
> Secondary actions move to the right side, represented by sleek, glowing icons on hover. Like shop, battle pass, settings, etc.
Hover: Where Interaction Gets Spicy:
> Icon backgrounds subtly shift with shadows and accent colors on hover, offering visual feedback without cluttering the interface.
> Important news headlines maintain crispness on hover, ensuring they remain in the spotlight of the screen.
Benefits Galore:
> Improved visual clarity and hierarchy: More focus on essential navigation, with secondary actions subtly tucked away.
> Enhanced modern aesthetic: Flat design meets tactical coolness, resulting in a fresh, on-trend look.
> Elevated interactivity: Glowing icons and subtle hover effects draw attention and provide intuitive feedback.
