Scope
ARRIS is looking to a developer to design, manage, and develop portions of both an Android and an iOS Mobile Application.
From a high level the work will include merging current SURFboard Manager functions into the mAX App, The work will include moving to the same look and feel as the mAX App.
The Working Process and Actions Taken
This App was Redesigned in 4 sprints and 16 tickets and bandwidth was 12 weeks. Project was delivered on time.
Onboarding & Account verification redesign to reduce user effort to login and setup device.

Ideation and User Flow
Up until now I had a vague idea of how the app will function. Mapping the basic flow of the app forced me to figure each step on the path the users will take throughout the solution. I first sketched it on paper and then digitally rendered it.

Development Phase
Usability Testing
Once I completed my wireframes, I created a prototype of my design to begin usability testing. This would allow me to evaluate how users would engage with the proposed website solution and validate whether it was addressing the primary user needs. It was important to test with mid-fidelity, greyscale wireframes to gather honest, critical feedback from potential customers and to solidify the functionality of the App before addressing the visual design.
Registration
Overall, I’ve redesign splash screens. The login & registration process has been completely redesigned.
Account Verification
I used client color theme and guideliness in the design and also add account one more screen to complete verification.
Home
Overall, I’ve made many changes on the current homepage. The network process has been completely redesigned, trying to avoid too much information being required to get a result in the first instance.
Conclusion
Due to time constraints, the research and consequents assumptions are based on my personal experience and a small amount of data.
