Improving GMV by reducing 1st hour churn in RMG

In this case I present the problem of new users churning out within the first hour of using a real money gaming platform, and the steps taken to address this issue. User research and user journey analysis were conducted to identify the reasons behind the high churn rate, and a new user experience was designed to help users learn about the platform in a staggered and intuitive way. The document also includes metrics alignment and insights from the journey analysis.
