I've crafted a comprehensive solution that encompasses all the vital elements necessary for a digital product to thrive in today's market. My design process extends beyond refining the user interface; it incorporates my skills in research, copywriting, and UX writing. From identifying challenges to proposing solutions, I aim to enhance usability and drive conversions.
The key issues with the existing interface include an outdated appearance, inconsistent corner radii, and subpar imagery. Additionally, its unengaging copywriting and scanty content fail to fully communicate the range of services offered by eMedic Store.Ā
