Kellogg's Company is an American multinational food manufacturing company headquartered in Chicago, United States. Kellogg's produces cereal (outside North America) and convenience foods.

The Goal

  1. Redesigned the website to match the new packaging design.

  2. Improved the efficiency of the purchasing process by reducing the steps required, introducing a quick purchase feature, and providing subscription options that make it easier for loyal customers.

  3. The goal is to provide an optimal user experience through simple and informative navigation, with content presentation that appeals to all segments of the target audience.

  4. Device responsiveness was prioritized to ensure accessibility and consistency of user experience across platforms.

User and Audience

I meticulously created Audience Persona to tailor the website design to the unique needs and preferences of our target market, ensuring seamless alignment with the products offered on the platform.

The Process

1. Understanding Audiences

Problem:

  1. Limited time to shop.

  2. Limited information about products.

Solution:

  1. Create an attractive Subscription feature.

  2. Show short information about the product but be informative so as not to take much audience's time to learn about it.

2. Wireframe

Wireframe always helped me visualize what the content is.

Result

After understanding the needs of the audience and creating wireframes, I was finally able to complete the mockup with an attractive appearance and by the needs of the audience.
