Happy 2024! 🎉

In Bulgaria, we have a tradition of eating Banitsa with fortunes on New Year’s Eve (kind of like fortune cookies) that tell you what the new year will bring. After coming down with a nasty cold during the holidays, all I wanted was to be healthy again. I did bake a Banitsa but decided to pick my own fortune instead. 🍀 My wish to myself and to everybody this year is to stay healthy and strong! 💪
