Intro to feature tour screen

When the user first clicks on a feature like levels, a begin tour modal will appear. This will let the user jump into the feature tour or skip it.

Completed feature tour screen

When the user completes a feature tour, they will be notified with the complete screen. This will give them ideas of what to do next and where to go if they have an issue. I also felt the confetti was a nice touch to make it feel like a 'moment'.
