Kinvesta - Real Estate Logo Design and Brand Identity
Logo and brand identity design for a modern real-estate company called Kinvesta.
The icon is an abstract combination of the letter K and a roof with a chimney. To keep it memorable and modern, I decided to go with such an abstract vibe. To follow the same style as the mark, I included such an edgy and modern sans-serif typography in the logo.
The color scheme was inspired by the color of wood. Orange and dark brown were my initial targets, then to make it look modern, I gave it a more vibrant look as the brand is also a modern and minimalism-focused real estate brand.
