I decided to divide the app's 'Practice' section into three immersive categories, all of which are designed to cultivate mental well-being. The 'Move' section provides yoga flows that are customized to enhance physical and mental resilience. The 'Meditate' section offers meditation sessions, courses, and mindfulness practices, while the 'Dream' section provides sleep-inducing music/ tales to support restorative sleep.
