Prototyping with Pixate

2015 has seen a lot of different prototyping tools emerging but there is no clear winner yet. Here at Practo, we've been trying out a few of them like Pixate, Principle and Flinto. I decided to experiment with using Pixate to make a prototype for a requirement for a custom date picker.

I found Pixate surprisingly quick for a beginner to use. Googling when necessary I was able to create the first iteration within 30 minutes. However I did feel like I was using the options in reverse; making things fade to 100% or reversing scroll to maintain position of an item. You also notice that the scroll is not as smooth as the real thing.
