HR Maneja was conceived by Irun Technology, now known as Werun technology, with the primary goal of revolutionizing human resource management, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall efficiency for businesses. The client sought a comprehensive solution that could handle various HR functions seamlessly, from employee onboarding to performance tracking and beyond. The vision was to create a user-friendly platform that not only met current HR needs but also had the scalability to adapt to future organizational growth.

As the lead designer for HR Maneja, I played a pivotal role in transforming the client's vision into a robust and user-centric application. I designed key features such as a leave management, Requisition, performance appraisal tools, real-time analytics, etc.
