First test of the portrait technique on a female subject... I feel torn. I've been consciously attempting to disregard natural color palettes and focus on warm-cool relationships to distinguish between textures and surfaces. I also got a lot of feedback about the Daniel Craig piece-- and how people couldn't 'not' see him as a man with blue skin. After doing a purple Kate, I then did this alternate version with a traditional color scheme. Now I don't know what I like more...
