CREDIT LINE MANAGEMENT:

Together with product and development, I led a customer experience team to design and deliver a tool that gave credit card customers the ability to increase their credit lines quickly and securely online.

I also made sure the designs were fully ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant

FOREIGN EXCHANGE:

Worked closely with key stakeholders and product managers to help develop the business requirements and product definition for the Wells Fargo Foreign Exchange application before the customer experience team got engaged on this.

Funding was approved for this project based upon the designs, prototype, and requirements that were developed by the core team and myself.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT:

During a prototype workshop with Health Savings Account stakeholders, I directed the prototype creation process and moderated the testing of paper prototypes with real customers in order to validate several new design concepts.

TRANSFER MONEY APP:

I created new concept designs for Apple Watch banking customers that enabled them to transfer money to a friend using a single gesture action.
