Greetings, design enthusiasts! Thrilled to present our journey in crafting the identity for Gessler GmbH & Co. KG, pioneers in the textile, upholstery, and seam industry. The odyssey began with the quest for the perfect name. Given my stint at the company, Mr. Gessler's inclination towards a familial touch led us through a whirlwind of options, eventually settling on the familial haven – Gessler.

Names alone seldom tell the tale; enter the tagline: "Textil.Polster.Naht." which simply means: "Textile. Upholstery. Seam." - a succinct encapsulation of the company's essence. Now, the logo – a sleek "G" inspired by the patriarch's surname, nestled within a circle reminiscent of an arm needle cushion. The negative space "G" pays homage to the sewing machine bobbin, enclosed by a 3/4 dashed circle akin to a stitched seam. A touch of vibrant red, at the behest of our client, adds a dash of character.
