In an FB program, the company allocates a certain amount of funds or points that employees can use to select various benefits.

Products that have been used for years with clients such as Ericsson, L'oreal, eFishery, and DHL allow us to understand what users need, what makes it difficult for users to understand certain features, and what makes users reluctant/lazy to register.
