Traditionally, companies offered a uniform benefits package to all employees, covering a variety of perks such as health insurance, wellness benefits, paid leave, and more. While this system worked well in the past, many companies are now realizing that each employee has unique needs and preferences. For instance, some may prioritize health insurance over transportation benefits, or vice versa.

This shift in thinking has emerged alongside demographic and psychographic changes in the workforce, with an increasingly diverse mix of generations (Gen X, Y, Z) bringing different lifestyles, priorities, and expectations to the workplace. As a result, companies need to create more adaptable policies that cater to the individual needs of their employees, while still maintaining a balance between cost efficiency and business sustainability.

Flexible Benefit is a welfare program that allows employees to choose the benefits or allowances they desire from a package provided by the company, based on their personal preferences. In an FB program, the company allocates a certain amount of funds or points that employees can use to select various benefits.

Products that have been used for years with clients such as Ericsson, L'oreal, eFishery, and DHL allow us to understand what users need, what makes it difficult for users to understand certain features, and what makes users reluctant/lazy to register.

Flexible Benefit is an innovative and flexible solution for companies to support employee well-being in a way that better aligns with their individual needs. For companies, it serves as a strategy to enhance employee attraction and retention, while for employees, it provides the freedom to choose benefits that are most relevant to their lives. However, successful implementation requires careful planning, effective communication, and adequate technological support to ensure the program delivers optimal outcomes for both parties.

The FB program is not merely a trend but also a strategic move aligned with the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

Of course, in the journey of completing this project we feel that there are still many things that we need to improve both from this project and from us personally, and we are very open to positive input to have a better impact. that's all.
