In this opportunity I would like to share with you my proposal for the design of the user experience of a mobile banking and investment application that allows access to multiple financial markets such as ETF's, Cryptos, Currencies among others. It also incorporates a series of functionalities that help to create good financial habits and help the user to have a better vision and organization of their financial life.

Onboarding - User Verification 🛡️

When it comes to money security comes first, in the banking and investment industry one of the most important requirements is to ensure that the platform has onboarding processes in place that effectively virify the identity of its users to easily identify phishing scams.

However, if there is one thing I have learned in my 6 years of experience creating digital products and experiences is that extensive and complex onboarding processes are often synonymous with low conversion.

According to research conducted by Quettra the average application loses 77% of its DAUs within the first 3 days after installation.

The registration design with identity, document and Face ID verification aims not only to meet security standards, but also to provide a seamless user experience that conveys security and trust.

The interface focuses on simplicity and constantly communicating the user's progress to increase the sense of accomplishment during the registration process.

Transparency and security 🔒

During registration, we prioritize transparency by providing easy access to terms and conditions, instructions for secure passwords and constant updates on progress and next steps.
