What is the problem you're trying to solve & why is it important to the business?

Users seem to be frustrated by the additional fees associated with purchasing tickets. These fees may make the overall cost of tickets much higher than expected.

Some users mention losing tickets from their cart during the ticket-buying process, which can be frustrating and disappointing.

I did not seek out users who currently attend concerts, but for consistency during every step of research I asked users if they attended concerts, how often, if they were willing to pay for an app, and what current apps they use if applicable. I had 14 users participate in my research and 10 users participate in my user testing.

To address these issues and improve the user experience, I am implementing solutions such as

Transparent and fair pricing

Cart retention: Ensure that tickets remain in users' carts for a reasonable duration while they complete the purchase.

Make transferring and or re selling a concert ticket easy
