Christmas in Lille
Illustrated poster commissioned by Maison Transversale for a game of LOSC football club against PSG
For almost 2 years, I have collaborated with Maison Transversale on sports posters for French football clubs.
Here are the key elements I incorporate to create engaging illustrations that reflect the club's identity:
Sporting fervor
I depict the excitement of football through the fans, players, and club members.
In the LOSC vs. PSG match illustration, the crowd and players are depicted with a sense of anticipation.
Club identity
I use the club's logo, emblems, colors, and symbols.
In this illustration, I replicated the logo's color distribution and included characters with flags displaying the logo.
City elements
I include architectural elements that represent the city.
In this illustration, I depicted famous buildings in Lille, such as the town hall belfry, Rue de la Monnaie, and the opera house.
Personal touch
My illustrations feature architectural details, realistic perspective, poetic sunsets, and saturated colors with gentle contrasts.
Additionally, this illustration is anchored in a significant moment, the Lille Christmas market, as the match took place on 17/12/2023.
