Designed a lookbook, type exploration for the cover and experimented with motifs for visual accessory.

Concept

Our shoot and lookbook revolves around reimagining a pair of clothes crafted from a saree, seamlessly blending cultures and the embodiment of the new generation, weaving tradition into their fabric of life. Another idea was to recreate the feeling you get when you see your parent's old photos and think they're so beautiful that you want to take a bit of that and cultivate it in to your own style.

Context

Understanding Indian craft and devising a design solution. In our case, the craft we took was "Karwat Kathi" (the saree with temple motif as seen below) and our solution came down in two parts. One of them led to creating products from the saree and producing a look book for the same
