Bitpanda - Backend Operations Software System

'Backend Operations Software System' is a Bitpanda operating system designed for backend operations - serving as the backbone of all Bitpanda services. In response to the rapid growth of Bitpanda’s services and customer base, the operations team required a new tool to automate their daily tasks or make them more efficient.

As the leading UX designer, I was responsible for the entire design process, including user research, ideation, implementation, launch, and subsequent maintenance and improvements. Within 12 months, we successfully launched new software that not only combined the functionalities of two existing tools but also proved to be scalable and, despite its complexity, easy to use for newcomers.
