The product I chose is Kinder Bueno’s sharing size (package of four). The packaging comprises an outer plastic wrap, a paperboard tray, and four small clear plastic wraps that individually cover each bar. Not only is this solution not environmentally sustainable due to its material, but it also creates a negative customer experience. In some cases, multiple layers of packaging generate a satisfactory feeling or are necessary to protect the product. However, it is excessive in this case and frustrates customers who have to open these layers to get to the product.
