GOOGLE ADS (SALES & SUPPORT)

The Google Ads & Commerce business generates over $100 billion in revenue, annually. I was hired into the Sales and Support Team (within Ads & Commerce) to lead the research and design of their knowledge management system, case management system, and CRM platform.

FEEDBACK TOOL:

Google Feedback is a customer-facing tool that enables people to capture and edit screenshots and comment on any Google product before sending it to support.

Fast turnaround of the desktop and mobile experiences for this product won me a Sales and Support Team award.

Produced on-page, modal, narrow and other versions of this design before landing on this (full-width style) final design.

GOOGLE CASES:

The case management product designs I created received a standing ovation when they were presented to the Enterprise group at Google.

GOOGLE KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:

When my new knowledge management system designs were tested, the usability rating (System Usability Scale) rose from 45% (current product) to 76% (redesign).

GOOGLE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Led the design of an admin dashboard (Ad Campaigns) for the Ad Sales team at Google. Involved interviewing many admins and sales managers with research, creating personas, wireframing, and testing new design concepts.
