WELLS FARGO (CRM)

Led the design of a new CRM product for Wells Fargo - replacement of lost/stolen or damaged credit and debit cards.

As part of one of the first core Agile teams in Wells Fargo, I was given the task of leading the design of the Servicing Team speed-to-market product.

I directed the user experience both at a product and program level.

Communicated the designs to internal engagement partners and related lines of businesses.

Successfully developed ongoing relationships with the team.

Created wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user experience best practices.

The successful launch of this product led to Wells Fargo asking me to create several new additional CRM products for them.
