HR marketing with 3D animations / heroic trade fair appearance
After many years of restrictions in the area of HR marketing events, Sparkasse Dachau was looking for a partner who could provide an attention-grabbing and unique presentation. Our aim was to attract the attention of the target group and present the brand in an unforgettable light.
With the Azubi League, we have created a powerful brand that heroically strikes a chord with the target group. We tailored the memorable logo and the captivating storyline to the interests and needs of young people. We created our own heroes for the various areas of work at Sparkasse, offering visitors an authentic insight into the different career opportunities.
Our trade fair stand is the centerpiece of the campaign and magically attracted the attention of visitors. The 3D elements were designed in such a way that they fascinated the young people and aroused their curiosity. We also developed an app that potential trainees could use to find out which hero best suited them. Depending on the results of the test, hero cards with buttons were given away as giveaways.
As a finishing touch, matching merchandise was designed, such as cool trainee league shirts, printed socks and buttons to promote identification with the brand. Because there is much more than 3D animations to crown a trade fair appearance.
With our Azubi League campaign, we showcased Sparkasse as an attractive employer for young talent and ensured an unforgettable appearance at the job fair.
