Design Taught Me...

Through the past few years embarking on a career of graphic design I have learned a few things. I designed this poster series in explanation of each thing I've learned, and I staged each poster in a location that I felt captured the feeling of each illustration and phrase represented.

Never quit searching – there is a world of beauty out there, and an unlimited amount of resource and inspiration to be found in everyday life.

Hard work – without a little bit of elbow grease, blood, sweat, & tears, even your greatest idea can be worthless. Put in the work.

Never stop learning – As technology continues to change, so should we! I also firmly believe that learning things outside of design can strongly influence and better the work we make on our computer screens.

Always seek opportunity – You really never know what your next project could lead you to. The world is yours for the taking—if you want it.
