is beauty-appointments bookingapp, where service providers post their last-minute available services, and customers can easily search, book and pay for their nearest beauty appointment.

Research

We started by meeting our target groups, to gather more information about their workday rutins and the tools they use nowadays to achieve their work. for this project we had two different target groups:

-Service providers. 

-Customers/buyers: busy citypeople between ages 18-45.

The purpose of interviews was to get to know the pain points for our main target group, service providers.. because we believed that without service providers there would be no services to provide to the other target group.

​

The goal was to help service providers fill their available schedules, and the buyers to find a convenient beauty appointments as fast as possible. 

Problem statement ​

The most important problem we chose to solve was that with current available competitors, the beauty providers were compelled to reduce their last-minute appointments, which eventually resulted financial distress, they state:

"We do service fully and professionally, its is unfair to get paid less"

As for the other target group, here is what the customers wanted:

-easy paying methods. 

-Possibility to navigate the map and find services nearby.

-Favourite-list where they can save their favourite service providers.

Keytime app, a place where service providers post their available appointments with freedom to reduce the price or not. buyers go in and search, book, pay easily for the closest available appointments.
