Loan Servicing Software Application
This project pertains to User Interface (UI/UX) enhancement. The customer's loan servicing application already had a certain user flow which he was generally happy with, but the UI needed some aesthetic refinement. The client was in search of detailed recommendations on specific modifications that could improve its overall visual appeal and User Experience without revamping it entirely.
What the customer already had
• The client had an interface that was partially unsatisfactory. The client wanted to improve the UI/UX.
• The development was planned on the basis of Tailwind, so there was a requirement to recreate in Figma the components and style from this library.
Requirements
• The client had limited resources, so the improvements had to relate only to those points that were agreed with him.
• Use the Tailwind design library.
