Premium Roasted Coffee COLOMBIA Natural (Whiskey Edition)

Whiskey Edition - unusual coffee aged in a whiskey barrel. During the washed process, not all the pulp is initially removed and the coffee cherries are aerobically fermented for 12 hours. This gives them the juicy taste of dark grapes, the sweetness of nougat, and the tartness and bitterness of lemon zest. The berries are then dried for 11 days and kept in a whiskey barrel for 3-4 days, this adds a light alcoholic aroma in the aftertaste.
