Accounting Calculation Platform
Enhancement of solutions for accountants in Brazil, facilitating document uploads and streamlining fiscal processes.
The user can upload files downloaded from the federal government's website, and the program automatically generates the result of all the calculations that need to be done to attach to the tax filings.
To simplify the process for the user, it is done in steps. And the first step is to select the name of the client already pre-registered on the platform and the type of calculation that the accountant wishes to perform.
In the second step, they upload the files to the platform (in PDF format). In this part, there is a section for uploading the annual file and another for the monthly files (up to 12 files).
In the third step, the program analyzes the files and asks the user to select the items and make other edits as needed.
In the fourth step, the user reviews the data they have selected and the information received by the program.
In the fifth and final step, the program generates the results and the user can review the complete information and save it. If they prefer, they can also download the document.
In the account settings, the user can change their email, select the time zone, and choose whether or not to receive system notifications via email. It's also possible to choose whether to delete or only deactivate the account, clearly informing the user in a caption what happens with each of these actions. Additionally, error feedback for filling out inputs has been taken into account.
The login screen for the platform has also been developed, along with the registration confirmation after email verification, always keeping consistency in the visual identity in mind.
To aid the development process, all components used in the project were designed and documented.
