Total Rewards

Our team had a strong relationship with the Blizzard HR and Compensation teams and they mentioned to us that every year they paid an external company to compile employees total compensation details and generate a PDF with that data. They had run into several securities issues with this process and wondered if we could help them.

We thought this would be a great opportunity to save the company some money and create a site where employees could access this data year-round. I designed the site to support multiple types of compensation packages from around the world (we had offices on almost every continent). We also built the ability to generate and download a PDF version (seen above).

I themed the site using assets from the World of Warcraft game. One of the best things about working at Blizzard was the ability to make anything and everything a fun experience, even things like a yearly compensation tool.
