meuDNA - Report Views
As the UX Manager overseeing the recent myDNA project, we aimed to enhance the subscription-based DNA results service, offering users insightful reports on health, ancestry, and personal traits released weekly. Despite a wealth of reports, we identified a challenge: new subscribers weren't engaging with older reports due to a lack of awareness or interest.
To tackle this, we initiated a focused design sprint to generate potential solutions. Six hypotheses emerged and underwent rigorous A/B testing to validate their effectiveness. The test outcomes guided our decision-making process, leading to prioritization and implementation of the most impactful solutions, meticulously organized in our backlog.
The results speak volumes: a remarkable 40% surge in the number of report views. This signifies a substantial increase in user engagement, as 40% more subscribers are now actively exploring reports each week. The success of this initiative reflects our commitment to delivering a seamless and enriching user experience.
