As a Product Designer for the AURY Vibrating Screen, I integrated various screen types to cater to specific material classifications. The banana Vibrating Screen offers adjustable angles for diverse material screening, while the Horizontal Vibrating Screens are designed for stability and extended material contact. The high-frequency Vibrating Screen excels in pre-dehydration, enhancing solid material recovery without compromising foundation integrity.

The circular Vibrating Screen, with its circular motion trajectory, employs an excitation unit for amplitude adjustment and is suitable for various industries. The design ensures efficient screening, allowing smaller materials to pass through sieve holes while larger ones undergo continuous motion and discharge.

The main working principle involves a powered motor, belt drive mechanism, and linear vibration force. The vibrating screen surface classifies materials based on specified particle sizes, with advantages including a robust structure, reasonable vibration parameters to avoid resonance, long service life, and high screening efficiency.

The AURY Vibrating Screen series stands out for its versatility, performance, and ease of operation, meeting diverse material processing requirements while prioritizing safety and cost-effectiveness.
