PinTrip: Mobile app improving tourists experience

I would like to share with you a sneak peak of app redesign project.

PinTrip is an application that allows tourists to quickly plan sightseeing tours and use ready-made ones. It facilitates and speeds up the process of planning a trip.

Application allows users to fully personalize their profile by selecting the categories of sightseeing they are interested in. In addition, the user can use ready-made sightseeing tours and create their own in the creator.

Original PinTrip app was delivered by me together with four other designers during my postgraduate studies in UX design.

We completed full design process including steps:

• Desk research

• Interviews with real users

• Creating personas

• CJM and Value Proposition Canvas

• User flows & Wireframing

• Prototyping

• Testing
