Doctor App Design

This is a doctor app design in which doctors can see their available slots and and patients history. Doctors can add a new time slot and delete the slot which they no longer need.

The first screen is the login screen. The second interface show the available slots of the doctors and upon the show button, doctor can see the available slots and manage slots. The third interface is form type with input fields by filling the form doctor can add a new slot.

In this shot you can see the three interfaces . First one is the patient history screen you can see the patient history like name , age , disease and also the patient medical history like the medicine he/she already taking . In the next screen doctors can see the available slots and delete the slot which they want. The last screen is for the history the missed patients are called again by managing the slots.
