Today we are showcasing the second part of our recent project for a Los Angeles-based renovation company, a project manager app.
The core responsibilities of the project manager are to monitor the work progress and quickly solve any issues, keep in touch with the homeowners, send them progress reports, and answer questions they may have. They often have to move between sites, so we created an app that makes it easy to manage projects while remaining mobile and flexible.
