Introducing the Swapfiet app. With Swapfiets, you always have a functioning bike for a fixed monthly fee. The app offers various benefits to maximize your membership, including quickly scheduling service and repairs, inviting friends for discounts, locating the nearest store, and easily checking all your invoices.

In my role as a digital product designer, I focussed both on UX and UI as well as motion design. I worked on this project during my time at Label A, a digital agency situated in Amsterdam. I collaborated closely with iOS and Android developers to actualize the design vision.

Swappen

For instance, the app facilitates easy scheduling of appointments to seamlessly exchange "swappen" your bike for a new one.

During the process, we initiated with a design sprint, starting from sketches before translating them into a fully designed and functional prototype.

The logo was animated using After Effects and implemented as a Lottie file in the app, including its use in the splash screen.
