The Clinic Management Web App is designed to streamline clinic operations and enhance patient management. It provides healthcare professionals and administrative staff with tools to manage appointments, patient records, and reports efficiently while ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and patients.

Why Users Need This App :

What I Have Done So Far :

  1. Wireframes:

    • Developed low-fidelity wireframes for core sections, including Login, Dashboard, Patient Records, Appointment Management, and Report Pages.

    • Ensured logical user flows for both healthcare providers and administrative staff.

  2. High-Fidelity Designs:

    • Designed polished interfaces with a professional aesthetic tailored for healthcare users.

    • Integrated intuitive UI elements for ease of use, such as calendars, search bars, and data tables.

  3. Core Functionalities Designed:

    • Login Page: Secure authentication with options for staff roles (e.g., admin, doctor, receptionist).

    • Dashboard: A summary view showing appointments, patient count, and pending tasks.

    • Patient Records: Detailed sections for adding, editing, and viewing patient medical histories.

    • Report Pages: Tools for generating and viewing medical and financial reports.

Future Implementations:

  1. Appointment Notifications:

    • Automated email or SMS reminders for patients and staff.

    • Integration for invoice generation and payment tracking.
