David Matton Immobilier - WebDesign

David Matton is one of my webdesign projects that I liked the most. The goal was to refresh the identity quickly and while working on the website UX to make it more accessible and easy to use.

About the Project

David Matton Immobilier is a Parisian based real-estate agency working mostly on high-end houses, appartments. It is a small sized agency that strives to have a unique and close relationship with their customers. Transparency and Trust are their core values. I worked on the Design and helped with the development on webflow.

Quick Brand Design

In order to take on the project, I decided to redesign the whole brand. It was to old, and not in adequacy with the trajectory they wanted for their new website. Also I wanted the colors and fonts to reflect the luxury aspect of the houses you can buy with them.

Color Palette

Oxford Blue means Tradition, Elegance

Satin Sheen Gold - Prestige

White smoke - Softness

Phthalo Blue - Brightness, Modernity

Font

Quattrocento is the main font for headings and reminds the elegance, presitge of David Matton Immobilier.

Raleway is used for texts, as it's a modern but easy font to read. Some details in the font also make it elegant, without impacting readability.

Homepage & Footer

For the homepage, I wanted to go for a fullscren slider to emphasize on the beauty and richness of the real-estate proposed. The golden arch makes a window and bring the sensse of elegance and prestige to the homepage.

It needed to include a quick search bar for the user to quickly find what's suits him.

The footer displays capital informations and mandatory informations.

Search & Product

The search component of the website was very important, on the old version of the website, only image was shown to the user and no informations about the product itself. I went for a simple but efficient list, that displays the informations important for the user, and is customizable depending on the data recovered by the website.

The product pages are designed in the same way as the homepage, huge images showing the beauty of the product, then when the user scroll all informations are displayed.

Thanks,

Quentin
