One Team. One Goal. Logo

This is design as part of our yearly kickoff meeting. The plan was to give out foam fingers to attendees, so the logo was designed to correspond with said plan. However, we ended up not buying the foam fingers, but went ahead with the logo because it was also representative our the meeting's main message.

If I were to redo this again, I'd likely make the inner stroke smoother. At the time, though, I was attempting to mimic how foam fingers actually look (the inner stroke is usually imperfect).

One Team. One Goal. is a very prominent value at the company I work for, but this logo is rarely used, unfortunately.
